I have no idea why it took me so long to make a before-and-after photo, but the left is in 2010 weighing in at 198 , the right was in the summer of 2013, at my goal of 120. Looking at these pictures beside each other makes every drop of blood, sweat and tears that was shed over this transformation 100% worth it. I have fluctuated because of many reasons, but I still stand at my goal today… with even more fire for better results (bigger muscles!) Eating healthy and creating a liking for greens was the hardest part, but anything you put your mind too CAN be conquered! Never give up on your goals, never be afraid of hardwork!
I have made the conscious decision of NOT drinking any kind of alcohol tonight. I know that doesn’t sound like much but I have had 2 drinks or more every night for the last few years. I’m nervous this will suck and that I’ll feel it in ways I would rather keep hidden in denial. If I start to shake again I will be upset.
Well, here goes.
